Here is Ron Gabel's answer to question number 13729

Question:

I was given a XL shotgun C f Pat'd June 23, 1885. Could you tell me a little about this gun and what the value of it might be.

Answer:

There was a Charles Flowers in Harmony PA. circa 1866 - 1890 who may have made your shotgun, but this is a wild guess based on the info provided.
