Hi Ron ,I have a Miltry rifle I beleive to be pre 1898.Id 77829.Soc.Ind.Suisse.Syst Vetterlin.Chamber loaded bolt action.Will App reciate any info as to age and orign of this rifle.It's in very good cond ,origional no parts missing.Thank You ,Conrad Kee

Answer:

The Societe Industrielle Suisse made firearms using the Vetlerli type action invented by Friedrich Vetlerli in Switzerland and Paris circa 1890.
