Here is Ron Gabel's answer to question number 5137

Question:

I have a double ss external hammer shotgun. It has no name on it but on the side plate on the stock is an E inside a triangle. On the underside of the barrels is stamped E on top of LG inside an ovel topped with a crown. Could you please tell me what company manufactured this gun as well as where and when it was manufactured. Thank You from Howard

Answer:

Your shotgun is one of millions imported from Belgium for sale in the USA. The E over LG proof mark is the Belgium proof. They have little or no collector value.
