Here is Ron Gabel's answer to question number 6464

Question:

I have a Wilmot double barrel shot gun, it has an animal carved in the stock of the gun. I could sent you pictures of this gun if that would help identify this gun

Answer:

Wilmot shotguns were imported from Belgium and were made by Henri Pieper circa 1877 to 1898.
